Singer-songwriter Fantasia Barrino, known professionally as simply Fantasia, has announced the arrival of her first child with her husband, Kendall Taylor. Fantasia shared that her child arrived earlier than expected and is spending time in the NICU.
To announce the news, Fantasia shared a maternity image of herself draped in white chiffon while holding her growing baby bump. She wrote in her caption, “The Wife of A King, the Mother of Two Kings and Two Queens. With it all comes A Fight and Strength like No Other. Out of every one of these Blessings I have named has also come a major Testimony. Keziah was born a little too early but she is a fighter just like her Mother. When you see the words Strength, Determined, Perseverance, and Unbreakable think of Fantasia Monique Taylor.”
It’s a girl! Fantasia is the proud mother of another baby girl and has chosen to name her second daughter Keziah London Taylor. Keziah arrived about a week ago and is still in NICU.
Keziah is the first child Fantasia and Kendall share together. They both have children from previous relationships. Fantasia has two children, Dallas Xavier and Zion Quari, while Kendall has a son named Treyshaun. The American Idol alum and Kendall met while working on the Broadway show After Midnight. They tied the knot in July of 2015, just a few months after Kendall popped the question the previous November.
Congratulations to Fantasia and Kendall on the arrival of their daughter Keziah! We wish Keziah good health as she continues growing in NICU and we wish her parents strength as they await their daughter’s arrival at home.
