Last April, actress Hilary Swank, 49, announced she had become a mother. The Alaska Daily star welcomed twins into the world but did not share any details about her newborns at the time. Now, in celebration of Valentine’s Day, the actress has revealed the names she chose for her first babies.
Ahead of her upcoming film Ordinary Angels, releasing on February 23rd, Hilary shared that she would be doing press for the movie and wanted to share some special news with her audience. In the caption of a post featuring her two children, whose faces were out of view, Hilary wrote, “I have a busy week of talk shows ahead where I’ll be sharing about my new film and a fun partnership, but I figured what better day to share the names of my two little loves with you all first.” The names of her children were spelled out behind each of them. The actress, who shares her babies with her husband Philip Schneider, named her daughter Aya and her son Ohm.
This post is only the second time the Million Dollar Baby star has shared her babies online. The first time was when she announced their birth. Hilary announced her pregnancy in October 2022 on Good Morning America. At the time, the actress shared, “This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it. It’s so nice to be able to talk about it and share it.”
