Reality star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has added another bundle of joy to his family. The Jersey Shore star and his wife Lauren have announced the arrival of their third baby together. “We are overjoyed to announce the newest member of our growing Italian family.”
Mike and Lauren welcomed their newborn on March 6th and had a baby girl! They announced their baby’s sex this past November. The couple named their newborn daughter Luna Lucia Sorrentino. Luna and Lucia are both Italian names, with Luna meaning “the moon” and Lucia meaning “light.”
Luna arrives just over one year after the couple’s second baby. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation stars welcomed their second baby, a daughter named Mia Bella Elizabeth, in January 2023. The couple also share a son named Romeo Reign, who was born in May 2021. Mike addressed having a house full of young children in Luna’s birth announcement post writing, “3 under 3 will be quite the situation but we wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Mike’s fellow Jersey Shore stars took the Instagram post with the couple congratulations on their new arrival. Paul DelVecchio Jr., who goes by Pauly D, wrote, “Full house!!!! Congrats Mike And Lauren’s!!!!” Vinny Guadagnino commented, “Anotha one !!!!!” Jenni Farley, who’s nickname is JWOWW, wrote, “😍😍 congratulations 🍾” Before rising to fame on the MTV reality show, Mike had dated Lauren while they both attended the same community college, but broke up before the “Reality Check” author appeared on the show. The two rekindled their romance years later and went on to tie the knot in November 2018.
