Actor Alexander Ludwig is a father of two! The Bad Boys: Ride or Die star and his wife Lauren announced in a joint Instagram post that they welcomed the birth of their second baby last month. “He is everything.”
Alexander and Lauren welcomed a baby boy on June 12th and chose to name him Townes Alexander Ludwig. The couple announced they were growing their family this past March and the news came just before the couple’s first baby would celebrate her first birthday. The Heels star and his welcomed their first baby together in April 2023, a daughter named Leni James.
Alexander’s co-stars from his TV series Vikings took to the actor’s comments to wish his family congratulations. Actress Katheryn Winnick, who played Alexander’s character’s mother in the series, wrote, “Omg!!! Huge congrats!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Actor Clive Standen commented, “Woooohooo congrats to all 4 of you! ❤️❤️❤️.”
The actor confirmed his relationship with Lauren in July 2020 and by that November, the couple was engaged. Just two months later in January 2021, they eloped at The Lodge at Blue Sky in Utah. In April, Alexander shared a touching post to his wife to celebrate the day they first met as well as his sober anniversary. “The best thing that ever happened to me was meeting you @laurendludwig and the best acting I’ve ever done was convincing you I was even remotely in your league. Love you forever. Happy anniversary my love. What a life I am so lucky to live ❤️ on this day 6 years ago I got sober, and on this day 4 years ago I met the love of my life. Crazy how the universe works.”
