Pitch Perfect star Adam Devine and Maggie star Chloe Bridges are taking on new roles: parents! The couple has announced they are expecting their first baby together, two years after tying the knot. “Can’t wait to get this lil family started.”
The couple each shared their own announcement posts to Instagram. Chloe’s post showed the couple standing on a dock in Newport Beach, California, with Adam doting on his wife. “We have news!!” For Adam’s post, he leaned on his comedic side by sharing two pictures from their Newport Beach session, with the first one showing Adam holding his belly while Chloe held her bump. “Look we’re pregnant! Well, I’m just fat now but Chloe is all preggo with a human baby!” he joked. “Obviously, very exciting stuff!” He went on to share his excitement for becoming a father, writing, “This will mostly be a baby page now, as I will be dedicating my life to my child in hopes he doesn’t use my decades of recorded dirty jokes against me.”
The couple began dating just before the two starred in the 2015 film The Final Girls. In October 2019, the Workaholics star proposed to Chloe. At the time, he joked on Instagram, “”She said yes! Well actually she said ‘ahh Adam’ and then kissed me but I’m pretty sure that means YES!” Adam and Chloe tied the knot two years later in October 2021 in a private ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
