The reality star and singer Amara La Negra has announced the arrival of her twins! Her twins were born on March 23rd and the Love and Hip Hop: Miami star documented her birth journey on Instagram.

Amara, who announced her pregnancy in November, posted over the course of a few days the journey to the arrival of her twins. In November, Amara also shared that her twins were girls. The singer shared images of herself at the hospital, waiting for her twin’s arrival. She added 3/23 to each of the posts and images to signify her daughter’s birth date.

After days of posting about her birth, Amara finally shared the first images of her daughters and revealed their names. The reality star avoided showing her daughter’s faces and instead posted a picture of their feet, which were dressed in matching pink playsuits. Amara named her daughters Sumajestad Royalty De Los Santos and Sualteza Empress De Los Santos The girl’s names are rooted in regal meanings. Sumajestad combines the Spanish phrase Su Majestad which means “Your Majesty” while Sualteza combines the Spanish phrase which means “Your Highness.” The girl’s middle names are also, of course, of regal meaning.

When Amara announced her pregnancy in November, there was much speculation about who the father of her twins was and the singer revealed she would be raising her children as a single mom. She kept the information about her twin’s father a secret for quite some time before finally revealing the news. In late March, she shared an image of herself with Allan Mueses, whom Amara has had an on-again, off-again relationship with. The post has since been deleted, but Allan appears to have played an active role in welcoming his daughters with Amara.

Congratulations to Amara on the arrival of her twin daughters! We wish her and Allan all the best as they embrace life as new parents.
