In March of this year, actress Ashley Greene announced that she was pregnant with her first child with her husband Paul Khoury, an entrepreneur. Now, the actress, most notably known for portraying the role of Alice Cullen in the Twilight movie series, has revealed the sex of her little one.
After celebrating her child with what the actress called an “untraditional” baby shower, Ashley revealed that she and Paul are expecting a girl! The Twilight Effect podcast host discussed her shower with People sharing, “”The day was untraditional, to say the least — but everything we could have hoped for.” The event began with an intimate ladies brunch before introducing a “Casamigos bar with delicious specialty cocktails, a taco set up, a Coolhaus ice cream truck and fun giveaways.” Ashley and Paul, who tied the knot in 2018, also provided ZenWtr for their guests in an effort to practice environmentally conscious hydration practices. “The hit of the party was having tattoo artist Justin Villalabos come in and do baby-size tattoos for anyone who wanted them … EVERYONE wanted them,” Ashley continued. “I even gave Justin a crown tattoo at the end of the night! We wanted to create a big celebration of the life we’ve created and the life that we’re about to enter into.”
Ashley is currently in her third trimester of pregnancy and is feeling “really good and overall just very excited to meet this baby.” She also shared with People what she’s most looking forward to about becoming a mom. “I am most looking forward to watching this combination of Paul and I blossom into their own unique and beautiful human. It’s so exciting to think about the ways this person is going to impact our world. There are so many things I want to teach her, but I know there are so many things she’s going to teach us as well.”
