Bachelor in Paradise‘s Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk have announced that they are expecting their first child together! This exciting news comes just four months after the couple tied the knot. Their little one is expected to arrive in January.
Raven wrote in her announcement post, “OVER THE MOON EXCITED TO SHARE THE NEWS! Our Honeymoon baby will be here in January! I’ve loved you before you were in my womb!” Her posts also revealed that her exact due date is January 26th. The reality star went into detail about how she is feeling about this new journey with People. “I’ve wanted to be a mom for a long time. And I always imagined creating a family with someone I love so much. And expanding my love with Adam into a human, I can’t even imagine!”
On how she’s been handling her pregnancy, Raven shared that she hasn’t experience nausea but she does have “some food aversions.” She admitted that “the lack of energy is probably what I’ve struggled with the most. It’s tough.”
In Adam’s announcement post, he wrote, “Beyond excited to announce our little baby into this world. Your Mom has already started to like Daddy’s food groups and I think that’s a great start. Cheers to fatherhood. Coming soon… January 2022.” He also revealed that Raven is 13 weeks along in her pregnancy. Adam also shared some sentiments with People: “It’s all great and I’m excited, but I’m also glad the baby doesn’t come right away. I have nine months to get ready!”
