Reality stars Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk, who met and fell in love on season four of Bachelor in Paradise, have announced they are growing their family! The couple revealed they are expecting their second child this year. “Any tips on two under 2? Pray for us!”

In their joint announcement post, the couple shared a collection of pictures of their family and included ultrasound pictures to reveal their pregnancy. Raven, who was the runner-up on season 21 of The Bachelor in 2017, is due to give birth in July. The couple welcomed their first child one year ago on January 18, 2022, a baby boy named Gates Zev Gottschalk.

For Gates’ first birthday a few days ago, the soon-to-be mom of two shared a touching post for her son, reflecting on his personality and the things he loves to do. She closed the post with a message of her enjoyment as a mother. “I rock him to sleep every night cherishing these moments because I know one day he won’t let me hold him like this. What a beautiful gift it is being your mommy.” The last line of the post is humourous looking back knowing now that she was pregnant at the time. “Adam, now let’s go have more babies.”

Raven and Adam met on Bachelor in Paradise in 2017 and while they did not get engaged on the show, Adam ultimately asked her to marry him in June 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic derailed their original wedding plans and the couple ended up tying the knot in a small, intimate ceremony in April 2021 in Dallas, Texas.

Congratulations to Raven and Adam on their pregnancy news! We wish them lots of love as they prepare to welcome baby number 2.
