Musician Billy Corgan has added a new bundle of joy to his family! The Smashing Pumpkins frontman and his wife Chloé Mendel announced the birth of their third baby together. “Happy, healthy, and nursing with gusto.”
The couple announced their baby news in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. The “Edin” singer and his wife shared in November that they were expecting a baby girl after announcing their pregnancy in August. Their daughter arrived on March 18th in “the wee hours” at their home in Highland Park, Illinois. They chose to name their daughter Juno.

On his wife’s birth, the “1979” singer shared, “My wife, Chloé is doing well and recovering, and baby Juno is happy, healthy, and nursing with gusto. We are so touched by all the kind wishes of support and love, and thank those who helped Chloé and baby have such a safe, and peaceful, home birth.” The couple shared two children together, son Augustus, 9, and daughter Philomena, 6. On having a new sibling, Billy shared, “The kids are absolutely thrilled by their new sister, and being 9 and 6 they can’t wait till she’s old enough to play.”
Billy and Chloé have been together since 2012 and the singer asked her to marry him in September 2022 on her 30th birthday. The couple tied the knot at their home one year later in September 2023. On Valentine’s Day this year, the House of Gilles CEO gushed about her husband writing, “Happy Valentine’s Day to the man who makes our world go round. And lets me torment him 24/7.”
