Last month, country singer RaeLynn announced on her birthday that she was expecting her first child! The “God Made Girls” singer and her husband, former financial advisor turned member of the US Army Josh Davis, will welcome their little one this September. During her baby shower celebrations, RaeLynn revealed the name the couple has chosen for their first child.
When RaeLynn announced her pregnancy news, she also shared her baby’s gender. It’s a girl! In posting about her baby shower, she revealed that her daughter will be named Daisy Rae Davis!
Reality stars Julie and Savannah Chrisley of the show Chrisley Knows Best hosted the shower for RaeLynn. The musician thanked her friends for hosting the event. “Thank you to @juliechrisley and @savannahchrisley for loving me and my family like your own and for showering Daisy like your own.” The shower definitely had a daisy theme to it with lots of yellow shades of color in the decor, treats in the color yellow with daisy designs, and even a daisy scented candle as a shower gift.
RaeLynn and her husband proposed in October of 2015 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He led RaeLynn, 21 at the time, on a scavenger hunt visiting various places of meaning to the couple before he popped the question. A few months later in February of 2016, the couple tied the knot at a farm in Franklin, Tennessee.
