Actress Danielle Fishel turns forty today and she took to Instagram to share some exciting news. She is pregnant! The Girl Meets World star is expecting her second child with her husband, producer Jensen Karp.
Not only did Danielle share that she’s expecting, but she also revealed her second child’s gender. It’s a boy! This will be Danielle’s second son. She and Jensen welcomed their first son, named Adler Lawrence, in June of 2019. Adler arrived 4 weeks before his due date and had to spend the start of his life in the NICU. While the actress does share images of her son on her Instagram page, she’s careful not to reveal his face by either camera angles or placing an emoji over his face.
In sharing the news of baby number two on her birthday, Daniele reflected on her life and hopes for this next decade. “I’ve never been more excited or hopeful for the next decade of my life. I had a beautiful childhood, teenage years I still dream about, my 20’s were insane (and mostly miserable) and my 30’s brought me lows and highs but eventually, I leveled out to a place of security. Security in who I am, what I believe, and with whom I want to spend precious time. I couldn’t be more grateful to enter my 40’s with my amazing husband and son, excitedly expecting the arrival of baby boy #2. My birthday wish is for all of you to tell someone how much you love them and walk through today with more patience than you normally might.”
