Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk has added another baby to his large brood. Elon confirmed exclusively with Page Six that he and Shivon Zilis, who works for Elon’s company Neuralink, welcomed their third baby together. This baby is Elon’s 12th child.
After reports came out that Elon and Shivon welcomed a baby earlier this year, the SpaceX founder confirmed that the couple did have a new baby. He emphasized that this baby was not born in secret and shared, “As for ‘secretly fathered,’ that is false. All our friends and family know.” He doubled-down explaining, “Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret.'” The name and sex of Elon and Shivon’s baby has not been shared.
The tech entrepreneur and Neutralink executive welcomed their first babies together in November 2021, twins named Strider and Azure. News that the two had welcomed twins wasn’t revealed until July 2022 and it wasn’t until the release of Elon’s biography last year that the twin’s names were revealed.
Prior to welcoming a baby this year, Elon had his last baby with the singer Grimes. Another reveal for his biography, the two had a son named Techno “Tau” Mechanicus, born via surrogate in June 2022. Elon and Grimes also share two other children: a son named X Æ A-Xi, nicknamed X, born in 2020, and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, nickname as Y, born in 2021.
In addition to his children with Shivon and Grimes, Elon has six children with his ex-wife, author Justine Wilson. The former couple’s first baby, a son named Nevada Alexander, passed away at 10 weeks old from SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome). The two also share children Vivian, 20, Griffin, 20, Damien, 18, Kai, 18 and Saxon, 18.
