Reality star Jedidiah Duggar, who goes by the nickname Jed, has shared surprising news for his family. Jed and his wife Katey are expecting their second child together! The news comes seven months after the couple welcomed their first child.
The couple, who share a joint Instagram account, shared a post that first featured an image of the couple with their first child. Then, they teased in the caption to “swipe for a surprise,” which then showed an image of Katey holding sonogram images of the couple’s second child. They shared a video to their YouTube channel with more on learning of their pregnancy.
In their YouTube video, the couple shared that they learned they were pregnant in September. The couple announced the news to their family at holiday parties, with Katey wearing a shirt that read “Joy to the World. Oh, and I’m pregnant.” Their second child is expected to arrive in May 2023, which is the same month their first child was born.
Jed and Katey welcomed a son named Truett Oliver Duggar, who goes by the nickname True, on May 2nd of this year. The couple celebrated True’s half birthday last month with a post of the little one, a big smile on his face, alongside the caption, “Happy half birthday, Truett! How is our little man 6 months old already?? Every day with you is an absolute gift, Truett Oliver. We love you so much.”
