Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has announced the arrival of her third child. Her family is now a party of five! Jennifer revealed in May that she and her husband, actor Brian Hallisay, were pregnant with baby number three.
To reveal this news, Jennifer shared a black and white photo of her belly while in the hospital. Her stomach was decorated with stickers that were placed there by her other children, according to her caption. “Well, this is how my kids sent me to the hospital. My belly was a big hit.” The 9-1-1 star and her husband share two children together, a daughter named Autumn James, 7, and a son named Atticus James, 5.
Jennifer also revealed in her post the name and gender of her newborn. It’s a boy! It looks like Jennifer and Brian decided to continue their baby-naming trend by opting for another “A” name for baby number three and giving him the middle name of James: Aidan James! Aidan is an Irish name that means “Little Fire.”
The Party of Five alum shared a touching quote on motherhood in her post as well. “‘It is said that women leave their bodies in labor… they travel to the stars to collect the souls of their babies, and return to this world together.'” It was my greatest honor to go and collect you Aidan James. Now back to snuggles and resting.”
Congratulations to Jennifer and Brian on welcoming baby Aidan into the world! We wish them all the best as they embrace life as a family of five.
