It’s official! Reality star Kourtney Kardashian, 44, and musician Travis Barker, 47, are expecting their first baby together. Kourtney revealed the news to Travis while he was on-stage performing with his band Blink 182 in Los Angeles.
The Lemme founder stood in the audience at Travis’s concert and held up a sign that read, “Travis I’m pregnant.” Blink 182 member Mark Hoppus noticed the sign first and said into the mic, “Someone’s having a baby!” The video shows Travis seeing the sign and coming down off the stage to embrace Kourtney. In the video, Kourtney appears to be showing, so it’s likely Travis knew of his wife’s pregnancy already. The announcement is a nod to the music video for the band’s smash hit “All The Small Things,” released in 1999. In the video, the band plays to a group of people with one woman holding up the same sign.
The Kardashians star has been open about growing her family with Travis and revealed last year that they were trying to conceive. Season two of the Hulu series showed the couple going through the process of IVF but they hit some roadblocks along the way. Last September, she revealed the couple took a break from trying. Now, it appears everything worked out for them.
Between the two of them, the couple has five children from previous relationships. Kourtney shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8 with her ex Scott Disick and Travis shares Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The drummer is also close with his stepdaughter, Shanna’s 24-year-old daughter Atiana.
The Poosh founder began dating Travis in 2021 after many years of friendship. Their relationship moved rather quickly and they became engaged in October of the same year. In April 2022, they tied the knot in an unofficial wedding in Las Vegas but got legally married in Santa Barbara the following month. Their legal marriage occurred ahead of their extravagant wedding in Italy. The couple tied the knot in Portofino, Italy on May 22 in a lavish ceremony.
