Reality star Vanessa Grimaldi, who appeared on season 21 of The Bachelor, has announced exciting news. She and her husband Joshua Wolfe are expecting their first child together!

“Sorry I’ve been MIA,” Vanessa wrote in her announcement post. “I’ve been busy creating baby Wolfe’s tiny little fingers & toes.” Her Instagram post accompanied three black and white images of Vanessa and Joshua embracing and gazing at each other. The reality star wore a cropped white tee and open jeans to show off her growing baby bump.

Vanessa opened up about her pregnancy exclusively with E! News, sharing how she learned about her pregnancy and her journey to motherhood. “Josh and I were on our way back from a road trip to Florida. We had gone to visit my grandparents. The day after we got back, I got in the car and I started to feel nauseous and a little off.” Vanessa took a pregnancy test and her suspicions were confirmed. “When it read ‘pregnant,’ we both looked at each other and giggled uncontrollably. We cuddled the rest of the night in awe over this little bean growing inside me. It was the best news and the best way to start 2022!”

Vanessa began dating Joshua in 2018, months after breaking off her engagement with Nick Viall, whom she became engaged to during her season of The Bachelor, in August. The No Better You founder gushed about her husband becoming a father with E! News. “Josh is the most empathetic, loving, thoughtful person. He is a family man who always puts family first and values communication and always being respectful towards others. I know he will be the most amazing role model and father.”

The mom-to-be revealed her hopes for her baby. “My hope for our baby is that they grow up happy, confident and respectful, and compassionate towards others.” Congratulations to Vanessa and Joshua on the news of their first child! We wish them all the best as they prepare to welcome their little one into the world.
