Singer and reality star Amara La Negra, whose given name is Diana Danelys De Los Santos, has revealed exciting news: she’s pregnant! But that’s not all, the Love & Hip Hop: Miami star is expecting twins!
Amara shared a series of images revealing the news, including a sponsored post with ClearBlue and a magazine feature with People En Español edition. In her post with ClearBlue, Amara shared, “I am so excited to finally share that we have twins on the way! Thank you @clearblue for being a part of our journey and giving me the most amazing news! There is nothing better than seeing the word PREGNANT! Even though I’m scared and nervous, especially after having a miscarriage, I am also excited and have a roller coaster of emotions but it truly is a Blessing.”
Amara revealed this past summer that she suffered a miscarriage. In speaking with People, she revealed that she may have been pregnant with more than one child then as well. “It was very weird. They suspect they were triplets. It’s hard to say it now because I had a lot of bleeding, and I was in a lot of pain. I wasn’t precisely looking [to become pregnant] at this time, but I always said: ‘If God sends it to me, Amen, it’s decided’.”
Some of the images the Exactly Amara podcast host shared featured her mother, Ana Maria Oleaga. Amara shared a special message about motherhood in the first of the series of images she posted. “I will Protect My Children By All means Necessary! I am a Warrior for my Babies.. I am a Strong Woman and I learned it from my Mother! The One and ONLY who never leaves My Side My Mother @mamianalamama1 Thank you For Protecting me and Being My eyes. I wouldn’t be able to do this Without you! My Guardian Angel!!! I love you so much!”
Congratulations to Amara on the news of her twin babies! We wish her good health and lots of love as she prepares to step into her role as a mom.
