Singer-songwriter Usher Raymond has announced the arrival of his fourth child! Usher and his partner, music executive Jenn Goicoechea, welcomed their second child together late last month. They announced that they were expecting again when they walked the red carpet for the iHeartRadio Music Awards in May.

Usher shared a close-up image of his newborn, featuring just the little one’s mouth and nose, to share all the details about their arrival. It’s a boy! Usher and Jenn’s son was born on September 29th at 6:42 PM. He weighed 7 lbs 13 oz at birth. The couple have chosen to name their son Sire Castrello Raymond. The “Bad Habits” singer may have also eluded to a nickname for his son writing, “Hear me roar … A.K.A Ra Ra.”

Sire’s arrival comes just over one year after the couple welcomed their first child together. They welcomed a baby girl named Sovereign Bo Raymond on September 24, 2020. It looks like Sire and Sovereign will share birthdays quite close to one another!

To celebrate Sovereign’s birthday a few weeks ago, Usher shared a touching post about his daughter. “I’m still flying on a natural high … nothing made me happier than to welcome you my dear heart, my love bug on this day. You have a spirit like you’ve been here before…that’s why I call you Polly. Feels like we’ve done the dance before. I love you baby my Sové “ReignBo” Raymond.”

Usher is also dad to two sons. He shares Usher, 13, and Nayvid, 12, with his ex-wife Tameka Foster. Usher was also very close to his stepson, Tameka’s son Kile from a previous marriage. Kile sadly passed away in 2012 following a jet ski accident.

Congratulations to Usher and Jenn on the arrival of baby Sire! We wish them all the best as they embrace life with 2 children under 2.
