Actress Billie Lourd is officially a mother of two! The American Horror Story star has welcomed her second child with her partner Austen Rydell.
Billie’s father Bryan Lourd announced the news of his daughter’s birth while speaking at Variety’s Dealmakers Breakfast. “My daughter had a baby last night,” the talent manager shared. “I left the hospital at 1:30 and got there this morning at 6. I’m a little tired, but happy. Everything’s great. So if I wander, it’s because the adrenaline is still flowing.” Billie and Austen have not yet made official announcements on their social media pages nor is the name of their newborn known.
Billie, the daughter of the late actress Carrie Fisher, announced her pregnancy in September when she walked the red carpet at the London premiere of Ticket to Paradise showing off her baby bump. The Booksmart star welcomed her first child with Austen in September 2020, a son named Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell. The couple had not shared they were expecting before Kingston arrived, instead keeping their pregnancy a secret.
Billie and Austen, an actor and producer, began dating in 2016 and shared an on-again, off-again romance before officially committing to each other in 2017. The couple became engaged in June 2020 and tied the knot this year in March. They were wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in an intimate ceremony.
