Actress Emilie de Ravin, most notably known for portraying the role of Belle on the TV series Once Upon a Time, is growing her family! The actress took to Instagram to share a photo of herself showing off her growing baby bump to share the news. The little one will be Emilie’s third child with her partner Eric Bilitch.
In her announcement post, Emilie also revealed the sex of her new family member writing, “Little lady joining our crew this (🇦🇺) Winter!” The actress, who is Australian, referred to Winter, which in that area of the world is from June 1st to August 31st, just about the equivalent of summer in the US. Fellow OUAT stars took to the comments to congratulate Emilie. Actress Lara Parilla wrote, “Omg this is incredible!!! Congratulations Angel,” and actress Meghan Ory shared, “Ahhhh 3!!!! Congratulations.” Actress Rebecca Mader, who co-starred with the actress on both OUAT and LOST, commented, “Hooraaaaaaay!! Aunt Becca can’t wait to meet you.”
Emilie and Eric, who have been together since 2014, share two other children. The couple has a daughter named Vera Audrey and a son named Theodore “Theo” Kubick.
In 2019, Emilie opened up about her son’s birth. The LOST star had wanted a home birth with her daughter but that birthing method was not in the cards as she ended up delivering in the hospital. She had been concerned the same would happen with her second child, but luckily, it worked out how she envisioned it. “Him coming out was, apart from obvious pain, it was a really cool experience. It was … the main part of why I didn’t want to ever be medicated if I [could] help it. With Vera too, which I had to be.” The Remember Me star recalled, “It was so nice to be able to just feel what your body is doing and what it can do and going through it with him, even though I know I was going through it with [Vera]. Just being able to have … the physical and emotional connection at the same time. As opposed to just looking in a mirror, like I was with her.”
