It’s no secret that Elon Musk as been prolific in populating the planet. Is it possible he’s in a race with Nick Cannon? Well, to keep up, here is a list of all of Elon Musk’s children, their names, and mothers…to date!

Nevada Alexander Musk

Elon Musk and Canadian author Justine Wilson married in 2000 and welcomed son Nevada Alexander Musk in 2002. Sadly, Nevada died of SIDS, at only 10 weeks old.

Griffin and Vivian Musk

After losing Nevada, Elon and Justine turned to IVF and had twins Griffin and Xavier Musk in April of 2004.

Vivian she came out as transgender in 2022. She filed a request to change her first name to Vivian and take the surname of her mother, stating, “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.” Her name is now officially Vivian Jenna Wilson.

Kai, Saxon, and Damian Musk

Elon and Justine continued with IVF to welcome triplet sons Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006. The couple then divorced in 2008.

X AE A-XII Musk

Musk and singer Grimes (born Claire Elise Boucher) had a child in May of 2020 and caused quite a stir in the naming world when they named him X Æ A-12. Since the state of California doesn’t accept Greek combo letters nor numerals in names, they formally changed it to X AE A-XII (where XII is 12 in Roman Numerals).

Exa Dark Sideræl Musk

Grimes revealed in March 2022 that she Elon had welcomed their second child via surrogate in December of 2021. The baby was a daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk. Exa was given the nickname Y, as they had given XAE A-XII the nickname X.

Strider and Azure Musk

Elon had another set of multiples in November of 2021 with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. The twins (boy and girl) are named Strider Zilis Musk and Azure Zilis Musk, using the mother’s surname as a middle name.

Techno Mechanicus

The same week Strider and Azure was announced, it was revealed that Musk and Grimes had a third child together, a boy named Techno Mechanicus. Apparently they have nicknamed the child “Tau.”
