Television host and actor Nick Cannon has welcomed his second set of twins with DJ Abby De La Rosa. Abby shared the news to her Instagram page to share that their twins were born on June 14, 2021. Nick has not yet shared an announcement on his own Instagram page.
Abby shared a video of her in the hospital holding her twin babies and rocking them back and forth. It’s twin boys! She shared their names as well: Zion Mixolydian Cannon and Zillion Heir Cannon. She also shared an image of her newborn’s hands to her Instagram stories with their names. It looks like Zillion will go by the nickname Zilly.
The DJ had been documenting her pregnancy since December of last year but it wasn’t until this past April that she revealed Nick was the father of her twins. In a now-deleted series of Instagram posts, Abby shared maternity photos that featured the TV host, who is set to host his own talk show this coming fall.
In the deleted post, Abby shared a message to her sons. “Our dearest sons – my miracle babies. Thank you for choosing me to be your Mommy. I know the Lord has destined me and prepared me for the gift of not one but two little angels. I pray that God gives you both the strength to walk brave and boldly in your individual truth just like your Daddy. That God bless you and your brother and guide you into living out your full purpose. Your Dad & I will always be here for you both; in complete unison and support. No matter what this world may throw your way, know that forgiveness is key and what is for you – is for YOU! You both are already so loved and we can’t wait to meet you both.”
Zion and Zillion are Nick’s fifth and sixth children. He shares fraternal twins with his ex-wife Mariah Carey; a daughter named Monroe and a son named Moroccan Scott, who arrived in April of 2011. He also shares two children with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Brittany Bell; a son named Golden and a daughter named Powerful Queen.
