Former Olympian Shawn Johnson has welcomed her second child with her husband Andrew East! The news was announced on the couple’s toy brand account: Teddy & Bear through their Instagram Story. Neither Shawn nor Andrew has posted about their baby’s arrival on their social media pages.

The announcement shared by Teddy & Bear read: “We’re so excited to announce a new friend is here! Mom and baby are doing well and we can’t wait to meet our new friend!” The couple shared a short statement exclusively with People about their little one’s arrival. “We are so happy to welcome our little man into the world. We are loving life as a family of four and soaking up every minute.”
Shawn and Andrew revealed in March that they would be welcoming a baby boy. The couple was joined in celebration with friends and family. Their guests helped them reveal the news with squirt guns filled with colored paint. They sprayed down Shawn and Andrew, who were dressed in all white. As they were hit with the blue paint, they learned they were having a boy.

The couple has not made an official announcement, so no news about the baby’s name, birth details, or images have yet been shared. But, if the family follows their trend, this new baby boy likely already had an Instagram account dedicated to him! Shawn and Andrew started an Instagram account for their first child, a daughter named Drew Hazel, who the couple welcomed into the world in October 2019.
