Co-host of the talk show The Real Jeannie Mai Jenkins has announced the arrival of her newborn! Baby Jenkins is Jeannie and her husband Jeezy’s, a rapper whose real name is Jay Wayne Jenkins, first child together.

Jeannie posted an image that did show her child. The image was of a hospital bassinet with a baby blanket and a tag that read: Jenkins. “I asked God for a life of love and happiness,” she wrote in her post. “He sent me my family. Baby Jenkins is here.” The TV host did not reveal any further details about her newborn, including their name or gender.

Many fellow celebrities wished Jeannie congratulations on her post. Fellow The Real co-host Adrienne Houghton wrote, “CONGRATULATIONS 🤍🤍🤍 so happy for you!!! Can’t wait to meet Baby Jenkins. Xx.” Makeup artist Nam Vo shared, “Omg ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ welcome baby auntie nam can’t wait to meet you.”

Jeannie and Jeezy announced in September that they were expecting in a feature in Women’s Health Magazine. “Jeezy and I have been kind of saving this and hiding this for five months,” she shared at the time. “So, we’re relieved to finally share the news.”

This new little one is Jeezy’s fourth child. He has three children from previous relationships: two sons named Jadarius and Shyheim and a daughter named Amra Nor. Congratulations to Jeannie and Jeezy on welcoming Baby Jenkins into the world! We look forward to learning the name they chose for their little one, should they decide to share.
